The hotel was convenient. The room was small but I only needed it to get some rest. The only thing I can say is that better signage to let customers know what entrance to use since they are doing construction. Other than that it was fine.
Serve was very nice and welcoming didn’t had any problem except for the room was a little bit dirty and dusty due to construction but they immediately changed my room. I feel the hotel in the rooms should have a makeover and change a little bit the colors is too dark overall everything was good
Convenient location near I-95 and airport. Front desk and room stewards were especially helpful and friendly. Rear parking is well lit. Facility is currently undergoing some renovations outside (December 21 2025)
I had a wonderful stay here ...the front desk was very accommodating when I had a complaint about the TV ..she made sure somebody came to fix it so we can enjoy our stay in the room seeing that we were not leaving the room the entire weekend. Breakfast was awesome as well. And very convenient from the airport not even 10 minutes away.
It took a long time to be received by the receptionist at 3:00 p.m. check in time. The room was very average. I parked my car for a week and it was safe and I had shuttle service to the airport and then even though I was a little after their set times for pick up from the airport the manager got me a shuttle ride.
My stay was great room was nice and clean very comfortable only thing was the beating and banging with work being done to the building an also there wasn’t any ice .
Check in was super easy and the man at the desk was really friendly. The rooms are pretty small. They are about the size of a cruise ship cabin. But the name of the hotel says it all, Microtel. There was construction going on but they are was barely any noise and my room was right at the construction area. There was an issue with the TV not connecting to the DirecTV but after checking it was just the HDMI cord so it was an easy fix. Everything was very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.
It was an okay hotel, the breakfast was good they had waffles, eggs, bread, fruit yogurt, cereals, and fruit (banana and tangerine). The room was clean and I checked the blanket and pillows for bedbugs or dirt and it was totally clean.
